All are invited to attend the annual meeting of NENDC on Thursday, Jan 26 at 5:30pm at The Little Oven Restaurant located on the corner of White Bear Avenue and Minnehaha. North East Neighborhoods Development Corporation (NENDC) is a community development corporation formed in 1992 to promote and advance the general welfare of the area it serves. NENDC began its operations in 1994. Among its goals are improving economic conditions for area residents and businesses, ensuring access to safe, affordable housing and increasing opportunities for home ownership within the NENDC service area. Along with these increased ownership opportunities, NENDC looks to provide incentives for long-term residency in the area.

The service area is between Larpenteur Avenue to the North and Bush Avenue to the South and between McKnight Road to the East & Johnson Parkway to the West in St. Paul.
