NENDC Annual Meeting & Open House

Please join us for the NENDC Annual Meeting on Thursday, February 28 at 5:30pm. Immediately following we will be hosting an open house to see our new office space on the corner of White Bear Avenue and Ivy from 6pm-8pm. We hope you can join us!

North East Neighborhoods Development Corporation (NENDC) is a community development corporation formed in 1992 to promote and advance the general welfare of the area it serves. NENDC began its operations in 1994. Among its goals are improving economic conditions for area residents and businesses, ensuring access to safe, affordable housing and increasing opportunities for home ownership within the NENDC service area. Along with these increased ownership opportunities, NENDC looks to provide incentives for long-term residency in the area.

The service area is between Larpenteur Avenue to the North and Bush Avenue to the South and between McKnight Road to the East & Johnson Parkway to the West in St. Paul.
